My product might be defective, what do I do?

If you think you qualify for a warranty return, please submit a Warranty Claim form. All bags made by booq carry a Limited 5-Year Warranty. All of our products are manufactured under the highest standards and are warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase or as long as the original Purchaser owns the product, whichever is shorter. If your product is found to be defective, booq will replace your item and ship it back to you with free ground shipping (within the U.S.). Your only responsibility is to ship your product to us so we can determine whether it is defective. We are unable to process your warranty replacement prior to receiving your product. Please note that we may not offer the exact product that you return. If the product submitted for a warranty claim does not meet our warranty replacement criteria, it will be returned to you at your expense.
