How do I submit pictures of my defective product?

Select a language

1) Take a picture of the defective product and a detail shot of the defective area;

2) Make sure the name of the image ends in .jpeg or .jpg;

3) Keep the file size of each image below 300 kb;

4) Submit a Defective Product Claim form with a photo of the defective item attached. If you have multiple photos, you must attach them as a single zip file.
