Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (clearance category items not included). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Damaged, opened, dirty or used merchandise will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer at the customer's option and expense. Opened-to-try merchandise may be authorized for return to be evaluated upon the return for credit approval. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to these returns. We do not refund the shipping costs of the original order and you will be solely responsible for the return of the product to us. Further, if the order included subsidized or free shipping this will be charged against the credit and only the balance refunded.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks, at the latest, of giving your package to your return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, processing your return once we receive it (usually a couple days) and the time needed for the funds to be returned to you via the payment method used.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world and provide drop-shipping services as well. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order you may choose your shipping carriers. Reseller customers may choose their agreed terms. Pricing will be provided as you check out.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are dimensional-based with most shippers. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are transmitted to the shipper where they apply their factor. Unfortunately, we have seen these prices increase as of late quite significantly.
