How do I return a product?
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving the item as long as it is in new and unused condition.
Damaged, dirty or used merchandise CANNOT be returned for a refund and will be returned to the customer at the customer's option and expense. We do not charge restocking fees, however, we do not refund any shipping charges. Refunds are processed within 10 days of receipt. Credit will be issued against your original method of payment.
To receive a refund, please contact customer service. We will NOT be able to process your refund if you skip this step. Please note: since we cannot be liable for lost packages that do not arrive at our warehouse, it may be a good idea to send it using a trackable shipping method.
