First off, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by a defective item. In order to make the claim process as easy as possible, defect claims can be submitted online via our Warranty Claim form, which guides you through the process. The form requires you to supply the following:
Terralinq Serial Number
If your bag was made after 2007, you will be required to enter its serial number as a first step. Note that since laptop sleeves and products for tablets or phones do NOT have a serial number, you would simply pick your item from a list.
Photo(s) of the Defective Area
Upload one file or one zipped archive only. This helps us determine whether your issue is actually covered under our limited warranty, prior to your shipping the item back to us.
Location & Type of Defect
You should know what's wrong with the item. Don't worry, we'll give you a list of options.
Proof of Purchase
If you purchased your item from a booq reseller, you will be required to upload a copy of your invoice or receipt. If you purchased from this site, you will not need to upload proof of purchase.
Ship it back to us
Once we receive your warranty claim, we'll give you an RMA number and you can ship the bag back to us. It's usually a good idea to choose a trackable method like FedEx or UPS, since we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments we never received.
If your product is found to be defective in accordance with its Limited 5-Year Warranty, we will either send you the exact same item delivered free of charge (within the U.S. – charges apply for non-US addresses) or, if the exact same product is no longer available, issue a store credit.
