When will my order ship?

In-stock orders received by 1PM on a business day (Mo-Fr) ship the same day; those received later leave our Los Angeles location the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, nor do we ship on a couple of holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day).

Note that express orders received between 1PM and 3PM typically leave that same day; it is just not possible to guarantee it. In those cases, it's best to place the order first, then call us at 626-836-9365. If it did not ship out that day, you can always contact us to upgrade to a faster shipping option.

In rare cases, in order to prevent online fraud, we reserve the right to hold potentially fraudulent orders until we receive satisfactory documentation verifying the legitimacy of the purchase. If we have reason to suspect fraud, we attempt to contact the purchaser, typically in the A.M.

What are my shipping options?

Our checkout pages utilize a live interface with FedEx servers to generate accurate, economical shipping rates. The actual shipping cost typically depends on your total order weight, delivery location (zip code/country), and shipping method.

Delivered by USPS, packages are typically in transit 3-7 business days. Sometimes, we offer this option for free. For faster ground service, upgrade to:

Premium Ground
This option is FedEx Ground (for business addresses) or FedEx Home Delivery (for residential addresses. Transit time is 1-7 business days within the 48 contiguous states, 3-7 business days to/from Alaska and Hawaii. Packages are delivered to business addresses Monday through Friday, while FedEx Home Delivery serves residential addresses Tuesdays through Saturdays. For example, an order placed over the weekend and shipped out on Monday typically arrives in NYC on Friday and, with few exceptions, at any address along the East Coast by Saturday.

Afternoon delivery, the next business day

FedEx 2Day®
Afternoon delivery, the second business day 
(Example: An order received at 5 P.M. on a Thursday–after our cutoff–will ship OUT on Friday and be delivered on Tuesday.)

Afternoon delivery, the third business day

Smartpost to APO/FPO destinations
Transit time to overseas MPO's is 7-30 days 
(We mention 30 days because some super-secret locations are apparently too concealed for a package to find it any sooner. No biggie–it's worth the wait.)

International Shipping
Our most economical method called USPS First-Class Package International Service. Shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), packages are not trackable. For trackable shipping, select a FedEx method.
